One of the most useful tool you could ever ask for is finally out! (At least I hope so) This tool allows you to create sprites from a collection of layers, that is swap mouths, eyes or even hair! perfect for VN and rpg model emotes! You can also change colors of the layers for eye, hair or skin color swaps.

I like to call it BYO-Character creator (bring your own character creator) Since it doesn't have any default character, it is image/sprite agnostic and is simply there to power Your intended character building.

You can group drop images to easily create a layer with all variants: if you drop a group of 5 eyes set, It will give you a layer with all 5 eyes as alternate options. Do the same with a base or hair layer and you can easily arrange new sprites and go through many possible arrangements.

You can even resize the layers/images, group them, and link layer colors for layers that should always have matching colors.
